REDCap Contract Services
CB2 offers its REDCap users free initial consultations and free technical support. There is no charge to a user or department for the use of REDCap for an unlimited number of projects.

Contract Service Rate
For projects requiring additional development or specialized support, CB2 offers REDCap contract services at a rate of $78.00 per hour.

CB2 REDCap contract services include, but are not limited to:
- New project development and configuration
- Form and survey design, creation and modification
- Branching logic and calculated field development
- Custom scripting and programming
- Automated notifications and alerts
- Data cleaning, migration, and imports
- Longitudinal project setup and event scheduling
- User permissions and project security configuration
- Project troubleshooting and optimization
Estimates and Billing
Project estimates are available upon request and are strongly recommended during the study planning process. For grant-funded or sponsored projects, estimates should be obtained before finalizing the study budget.
University of Arizona clients are expected to pay service fees through internal billing.
