Kseniia Korchagina, PhD

Postdoctoral Researcher

Dr. Korchagina is a postdoctoral researcher with Shravan Aras currently applying and developing novel deep learning models including Graph Neural Networks, Transformer Based Sequence Models and classical statistical methods to longitudinal wearable sensor data. She works closely with various health science stakeholders spanning oncology, psychology and maternal health to identify how long-term sensor data coupled with analytical techniques can be used to predict various health outcomes.

Dr. Kseniia Korchagina holds a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physical Chemistry, with a strong background in chemistry, mathematics, and physics. Following her doctoral studies, her research has focused on developing deep learning models for applications in neuroscience and protein dynamics. Currently, she is interested in translating her expertise in artificial intelligence and computational modeling to the health sciences.
