Colleen Kenost, EdD, MPH

Data Scientist IV

Colleen Kenost serves as a Data Scientist IV within the Center for Biomedical Informatics and Biostatistics (CB2), where she is part of the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Team. In this role, she supports the design, implementation, and management of data systems that enable high-quality, secure research data collection across a variety of biomedical studies.

She received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from Northeastern Illinois University. She received her Doctorate of Education in Interdisciplinary Leadership, with a concentration in non-profit social entrepreneurship, at Governors State University in 2016. She recently completed a Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in Health Services Administration from The University of Arizona. 

She has been with The University of Arizona since 2013. Prior to this, she was the founding Strategic Director of The Biomedical Informatics Core of the University of Illinois at Chicago from 2011–2013. She also worked in the Departments of Medicine and Otolaryngology at the University of Illinois at Chicago from 2007-11.
